While on the subject of USAID..........shout-out to Samantha Power who was head of AID as well as Ambassador to the UN. Check out her recent NPR interview that is easy to find on the internet. She's one of my all time heroes. It's people like her that give me hope for the future. Look to see her in some important position when we get a new administration.
